What we offer
General Gymnastics
Onslow Gym Club offers general gymnastics classes for girls aged 5 to 17. These classes are for girls who want to participate in gymnastics for fun and attend classes once a week. Class sizes are no more than 25 gymnasts.
All the gymnastic equipment is used – Vault, Bar, Beam and Floor. The Kiwi Gym Fun system is used in some of the classes.
Competitive Gymnastics
Competition gymnastics starts from Level 1 and goes up to Level 10. There are many competitions held throughout the year. Depending on the gymnast and which level they are in, a gymnast may compete in up to 6 competitions each year.
Competition gymnasts will need to show flexibility, strength, good attitude and that they are hard working.
